Q: What does it mean to rekey a lock?

A: It means that we will change the existing pins within the cylinder to enable you to have a new key so that your older key will no longer work.


Q: Can I have all the locks on the same key?

A: Yes you can, provided the locks are the same brand.


Q: I just moved into a new home, should I rekey the locks?

A: Yes, we advise that it is a safe practice to have your locks rekeyed and new keys provided to the new homeowner.


Q: What areas of the province do you serve?

A: BABB Security Systems serves all of Newfoundland and Labrador.


Q: I lost the combination to my safe. Can it be opened?

A: Yes, we have qualified technicians that are trained to open all brands and types of safes and vaults. We can also give you a new combination. We service and repair safes as well.
